ORANGE WINE (aperitif drink)
This "Orange Wine" (aperitif drink) results from a clever mixture of agricultural rum from Guadeloupe and orange juice at the exit of the press. It is aged for two years in vats before being bottled.
« Vind’Or » is drunk chilled, in three stages:
1° With the eyes, we see its amber dress
2° With the nose, we smell the aromatic potential of oranges
3°With the palate, we discover the fruity and sweet harmony.
Perfect as an aperitif, it goes wonderfully with melon, as an accompaniment to charcuterie.
“Vind’Or” can also be used in the kitchen to make sauces
